Subsidy standard

1. Appropriately increase the subsidy standard for corn producers. The subsidy standard for soybean producers is higher than the subsidy standard for corn producers by more than 200 yuan.

2. The subsidy standard for surface water irrigated rice is more than 40 yuan (including 40 yuan) for groundwater irrigated rice.

Subsidy object

The actual producers of legally cultivated area of corn, soybeans and rice (including farmers, farmers' professional cooperatives, enterprises and institutions, etc.). The subsidy funds are directly distributed to the actual producers.

Subsidies are not eligible for the following:

1. Corn, soybean and rice planting area without declaration, publicity and review;

2. The area of corn, soybeans and rice grown on land with clear farmland requirements in the country and the province;

3. Planting corn, soybeans and rice on unapproved land or on land that is prohibited from reclamation.

4. Enjoy the silage corn area of the grain-feeding pilot policy.

Issuance process

July to August 10: Statistics on the legal acreage of corn, soybeans, and rice, and publicity for at least 5 days.

August 15th to 20th: The actual planting area data is reported to various departments at the provincial level, the Agricultural and Rural Affairs Office, the Water Resources Department, the Statistics Bureau, and the Finance Bureau.

Before the end of August: Formulate subsidies for corn, soybean and rice producers in the current year, and distribute the funds to all counties and cities. After that, the subsidy amount will be announced for at least five days.

Before September 15th: The subsidy funds will be fully paid to the subsidy through the grain subsidy “one fold (card) pass”.
